Please be aware that the edition of Magazine Latino that the winning ad will be printed in is a special Christmas edition and will be reflective of the Christian holiday. Businesses that may support other religions are still welcome to participate in the contest but you acknowledge and accept that the winning ad will be printed in a Christian holiday based edition
Entries are permitted until 11:59 PM EST Decemeber 8th, 2012 and the winner will be chosen and notified on December 9th to permit time to arrange designing for the ad.
The winner can choose to upgrade the size of the ad and have the value of the prize deducted from the upgraded size.
The content winning ad must be approved by Magazine Latino to ensure it reflects the values of the Magazine (Examples of disapproved criteria include (but not limited to) defamatory, prejudicial, or certain adult-only ads)
The ad must represent the business entity that won the contest and cannot be transferred to another individual or business entity.
The prize has no cash value and cannot be substituted for a cash equivalent.
Only 1 entry per person is permitted; duplicate or suspected fraudulent entries can be revoked from contest entry.
